Keeping chapter meetings on non-working days such as Saturday and Sunday can help more people to join and contribute. This may be raised as suggestion by people attending this time.
I, equally respect, those people who want to enjoy their weekend. For people, who want to contribute voluntarily, in communities, they prefer to go in off-work time for community meetings. Unless a person is not boss himself/herself, they are dependent upon organization, whether they would allow them to travel on a working day. Majority of organization don’t care for own employees volunteer activities in communities. They care more for the money, which an employee can bring for employer :)
