Tax Providers question

    All..

    Looking for information on Tax Providers -
    We use Wolters Kluwer (CCH SureTax) integrated to D365 F&O and integrated into SalesForce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)...
    Do other D365 F&O clients use CCH SureTax as their Tax Provider platform?
    What other Tax Providers are used?
    Would you be willing to talk to us about your experiences regarding Operational Support with your  Tax Provider platform?

    Avalara's Avatax is the other major solution provider that is typically evaluated.

    We have been using AvaTax for several years.  We have been satisified with the return, remit, and reporting services they provide, but the support is very poor.  When we open a ticket, not matter the level of severity, we usually have to chase our account rep to get them to even look at it.  Also, they recently redesigned their website and I find the new design extremely difficult to navigate.  This maybe just me getting old.  I have more luck google searching for the AvaTax information I want than going to their website.
