Company range is blank for a user in Advanced filter

    Hi,

    I have a user who pulls in customer transactions.  At some point the company range under the 'Advanced filter and sort' started to show blank under company range for this user.  I simulated their security permissions but I couldn't replicate the issue.  The company range is not editable. Does anyone know why this would happen and how to resolve it?

    This ended up being a security access issue.  It appeared to be a glitch.  I had to remove most of the users security roles and re-add them for this to start working.
