    Hi Najeem,
I do not think their is a way to modify the line category once it has been submitted.

    Hi,
do you work with itemnumbers ?
I just checked, if working with items for the requistion, the categroy is pulled from the item.
Even upon creation of requistion you can't change. If you go to the table in AOT you can .. so must be somthinh g in the form.
Guess a programmer can help you

Nope not  using Item numbers, using procurement category under PIM module linked with posting under IM module

Correct you are right need some touch up in AOT, looking for some tech person feed back in which area to make it editable

    thanks and kind regards
