Expiring Trade Agreements

    Hi All,

Wondering if you're experiencing the same obstacle.

The company I work for doesn't use the RETAIL module in D3FO. Therefore the out of the box tile within the Pricing & Discount Management work-space doesn't work. I've submitted through the idea channel if MS can make that tile, or replicate a tile like that, so all customers can use it? Basically, I'm asking if MS can extend the current Retail tile to non-retail users?

I tried building an alert to show me what trade agreements would expire within the next 7 days, however the alert doesn't work either. The result sent 228+ separate emails of all the items about to expire in 7 days. I had to delete the alert. Then I finally built a query; but that requires someone to remember to run the query when a tile would be seen by our pricing coordinator, who uses this work-space, daily.

If you are experiencing the same issue I ask that you please vote on the idea that I submitted thru this link.  https://experience.dynamics.com/ideas/idea/?ideaid=dd31f352-9f72-ea11-99e5-0003ff68bc19

    Thanks,  Ruth

    Hi Ruth,

Yes, you can ask Microsoft to extend the current retail tile to non-retail users. That is the best approach. If Microsoft doesn't help you with your requirement, then you can think of custom solution to achieve your requirement.

    I hope this helps.

If having BYOD, then could export price lines data there and then could Power automate to  trigger alerts

I cannot find a data entity to export trade agreements to BYOD so we definitely have the same problem. I'd love to know how to utilise BYOD in this way.

    Hi Jonathon and everyone,

Thanks for the reply. I can put you in contact with our Reporting Manager who built us a BI report that anyone, with access, can use. However we don't use PA.  If MS gives us what we need then we can build tiles to help manage all the records.

In the meantime I strongly urge everyone who sees value to this suggestion, to vote on the link I supplied and add any comments.  Thank you again.

    Happy Easter.  RG
