    Hello,

I am set up to do load receiving in D365 (attach 1 PO to 1 load) and am running into an issue where when we have several lines with say 100 ea. for quantity.  If I receive part of the order, like example below (partial line), I cannot put that partial line to a new load when the truck arrives say the following week with the remainder of the order.  Has anyone ever encountered this and found a way to be able to put the rest of the order on a new load?

    Hi Jeff,

I just tried an example, and didn't have any difficulty. I create a PO Line for 108 and added it to a Load. I used a mobile device to Load receive 8. I confirmed the Load, and posted the product receipt.

This leaves me with 8 on the Load line. Using the LPW, I am able to create a new load for the remaining 100 on the PO Line.

    Does your process differ?

    Hi Guy,

Thanks for your feedback, we are not getting that option as per attached image.  If you wouldn't mind looking at it and see if it may be a configuration issue I would really appreciate it.  The partial line that was not received is still tied to the load.

    Thanks.

On the Load line, is the quantity reduced to the quantity that was received, or is it still the full quantity on the PO Line?
