    Hello everyone

    I have run into an issue with MS standard mobile app Expense management.

    While figuring out the app, my employee profile has expired in the test environment. It has created some sync issues that lock the app and prevent me from working with it further.

    I have reactivated the personal profile once again, but now the app is locked with the sync message 'Cannot find the entity that this syncUnit depends on'.

    I am not quite sure how to go about this issue, are any of you able to point me in the right direction?

    Attached is the issue.

    Hi Patrick,

    We had a similar sync issue error when we were testing the mobile app. The solution to our problem was to clear the mobile app data.
