Opening Power BI reports from a D365 workspace.

We have several users who have workspaces with links to Power BI reports. In the last couple of weeks, they have begun to have problems running the reports from these links. When they attempt to run the reports, sometimes they work and sometimes the browser status bar cycles through Connection and Waiting message and the report never opens. I recreated the problem in my workspace. I am using a VPN to connect to our network. When I disconnect from the VPN the reports will work. However, I have another user who is directly connected to our network, not through a VPN, and he is having the same issue. Has anyone experiences this issue and found a solution?

    Thank you.

Have you tried resetting the scheduled cache refresh and see if that makes a difference?
Which browser are the users running the reports in? -Chrome or Edge?

Have a look at the below link and see if this helps

There is a "Scheduled refresh" option for the reports, but no query cache refresh. Users are running the report in either Chrome or Edge.
