    Hi Abrar,
The Warehouse mobile app can be downloaded from the Microsoft store so you can connect directly to your D365 environment from a computer and use a keyboard. It also then works with barcode systems and phones that Support Windows and Android. I suppose you could also look at some sort of external keyboard to connect to your Honeywell devices is PCs/laptops or not an option.

Yes it is fine to use they keyboard on the device itself rather than the touch screen. You can use the keyboard, arrows, and enter buttons to select the fields you need or to move to the next screen if the screen itself is not usable. Many companies use devices that are not touch pad friendly and are just scanning or using the keypad on the mobile device. It still processes the transactions the same way, it may just be slower typing on a mobile device keypad for users.

    Hi,

Thanks for the reply is there any document available to configure the keyboard keys for the d365 warehouse app.
In the device, other applications working with keyboard keys like the arrow button but for the d365 application, it's not working.

    Hi Abrar,

The D365 warehouse app does not support programmable hotkeys, which is what I believe you are referring to.  Many devices have function keys (i.e. F1 - F4) that can typically be programmed in scanning applications to save transactions, open submenus, etc.  This is not supported in the D365 warehouse application.

    Thanks,

    Hi Paul,

Thanks for the reply . So the D365 Warehouse Android app not supports with the device keypad. I am wondering how all other clients(especially Cold storage units(-20°C )clients) using the app without a keypad.

You can also use what are called "eTip gloves".  These gloves allow you to use mobile devices while wearing gloves
