Thanks for the reply is there any document available to configure the keyboard keys for the d365 warehouse app.
In the device, other applications working with keyboard keys like the arrow button but for the d365 application, it's not working.

Yes it is fine to use they keyboard on the device itself rather than the touch screen. You can use the keyboard, arrows, and enter buttons to select the fields you need or to move to the next screen if the screen itself is not usable. Many companies use devices that are not touch pad friendly and are just scanning or using the keypad on the mobile device. It still processes the transactions the same way, it may just be slower typing on a mobile device keypad for users.

Thanks for your reply. Actually I downloaded the app from the play store and installed it in the Honeywell ck65 device then connected with the d365 sandbox environment.
Actually we trying to use the mobile D365 Warehouse app by keyboard(Inbuilt keyboard in Honeywell mobile device) instead of touch the screen.is it possible to use the application full functionality by mobile inbuilt keyboard?

The Warehouse mobile app can be downloaded from the Microsoft store so you can connect directly to your D365 environment from a computer and use a keyboard. It also then works with barcode systems and phones that Support Windows and Android. I suppose you could also look at some sort of external keyboard to connect to your Honeywell devices is PCs/laptops or not an option.

We going to implement warehouse management module in D365 and warehouse android app for our warehouse process and going to use android device Honeywell Mobile computer CK65(Android OS) and issue is our warehouse workplace is a mostly cold storage area so users using gloves to access the materials and devices and in android devices with gloves they not able to use touch screen. So we want to know is it possible to use the d365 warehouse app by keyboard and also please let us know about your mobile computing device and how you people using the d365 android app in your warehouses especially cold storage warehouses.
