    Hi Guys,

Can I please confirm, if there is an easier way to copy workflows to multiple entities?

Currently I am importing workflow to each entity one by one an I have got like 40 entities to copy/import.

    Regards

You might have to play with this a bit, but I believe you can copy the journal names from one to multiple legal entities using Data Management.  There is a tile called "Copy into Legal Entity".  The journal name should maintain a reference to the workflow.

    Sharneel,

I have not used the data management workspace in the past to migrate workflows from one LE to another.

In the event you are going to also copy over your org email workflow template, here's some instructions that I've created a few months back on that process:

To copy email templates to a new legal entity, you will first want to be in the legal entity which contains the email templates you'd like to copy.
    From here, go to:

    Workspaces > Data management

    Select the Templates tile:

Click '+ New' in the action pane and provide a Template ID, then select these two entities:

Click 'Validate template' in the action pane once completed.

Go back into the Data management workspace and select the 'Copy into legal entity' tile:

Provide a Group name and specify the following:

Then in the Selected entities section, select 'Add template' and locate the template you created, then check 'Merge' and click OK:

In the action pane, select 'Save' then 'Copy into legal entity,' once done you should see the succeeded statuses:

Now browse to your destination entity to review the results in:

Organization administration > Setup > Organization email templates

The HTML email message contents will also carry over as is.

Which workflows needs to be copied.
some workflows are Organization-wide which does not the definition to be copied rather just link or use data management as suggested

for company specific workflows, could import them if it's juts one time activity
