I would like to talk with others that have a B2B solution in place and is using AX for order fulfillment, customer account management, etc.    What ecommerce solutions are you using and have you integrated with AX?

We use SPS for 850's (incoming PO's from our customers), 855's (order acknowledgment),  856's (Ship Notice) and 810's  (invoices)for two of our larger accounts.  Works well, their staff is pretty good with helping setup the integration.

I have also setup a .csv import that allows our smaller dealers who don't have the resources for such a system to reorder by filling out an excel spreadsheet we provide and ftp'ing over the resulting .csv  which is batch imported every hour. Not as robust as SPS but it works well for what it is, especially international dealers who want to place an order while we are closed.

    Hi Jane,

Our client recently went live with an integration to Dynamics 365 using Sana Commerce. The client is primarily a B3B business, but also has some direct to consumer.

Here's what I can tell you - we were able to stand up a D365 sandbox, with sample client-specific data (customers, products, pricing) communicating with a Sana sandbox successfully in a couple of weeks. Granted, it was just a sandbox, but they're pretty good to work with and for the most part, their native solution works just fine. If you're interested in payment processing, I do know they integrate with Pay Fabric.

    Hope that helps.

    Thanks,
