Topic 1: Security Inside-Out Presenters: Nathan Anderson, Technology Risk Manager, and Caitlin Nelson, Technical Consultant Descripion: This presentation will provide an overview of security within Dynamics AX by focusing first on the internal application components relevant to security. Once the internal components provide a clear picture of who has access to what, Nathan and Caitlin will share AX security design and management best practices and conduct a brief demonstration AX access review.
Topic 2: Enterprise Virtualization Presenters: Allen Derusha, Senior Technical Consultant Description: This presentation will review the evolution of virtualization and how it impacts an Enterprise Microsoft Centric Environment. Allen will review the use of Virtualization for Disaster Recovery, Test Refresh, and help simplify some traditionally challenging tasks. In addition, Allen will provide tips and considerations for revitalizing a high-transaction environment such as Dynamics AX.
