  • Who should create what deliverables (e.g. project plan, test scripts, user documentation), when?
  • What should my Project Manager be responsible for?
  • What should my consulting partner’s Project Manager be responsible for?
  • What’s the best way of controlling and approving customizations?
  • How do I manage scope vs. duration vs. cost/resources?
  • Should my contract be fixed or time and materials?
  • Do I need in-house development expertise? How much?
  • Will I need a larger or smaller IT department afterwards?
  • How does the size of my business and pre-AX capability change any of this?
  • When should I turn to Microsoft directly?
  • Should I use Microsoft Dynamics SureStep?
  • Should I leverage the Rapid Configuration Tool?
