AXUG SIG - Internal Controls and Compliance (Feb. 2010)

Is your company required to comply with government, regulatory, or BOD requirements? Do you wonder if there is a better way to handle compliance and internal control structures within AX? Do you struggle with getting your auditors to understand how AX is used to support your internal control structures? If you answered yes to any of these questions, or if you are just starting to venture down the road with GP and wonder what others are doing inside the compliance space with AX, then this AXUG Special Interest Group (SIG) is for you!

Please plan on attending this SIG where members will review their likes/dislikes with AX around the compliance and internal controls. Ask questions, get answers! This SIG is targeted towards finance and accounting types, but also would be valuable for technical folks who might be designing items inside AX to support the internal control structure of your organization. This webinar will dovetail on the Compliance related discussions which you should be aware of regardless of the version of AX your company is running. We will review 3.0, 4.0, and AX2009 control areas which you should be aware of to ensure the internal control system at your company is adequate.

SIG programs represent a subset of the AXUG membership around a given topic or industry. With the focus on compliance in the corporate world today, this SIG has been formed and will have 3/4 Live Meetings a year to discuss this important topic.
