Understanding Post-live Support Options and the Annual Microsoft Enhancement
This session is ideal for companies who would like to know more about what resources are available and included in the 16% annual enhancement fees, as well as, how to best receive the support they need, when they need it.

Gina Pabalan, Director of Customer Management at Fullscope will cover:

- Overview and Demo of Customer Source, including the training and certifications, knowledgebase,
communities and more
- Various post go-live support options available to Dynamics AX Customers
- Q & A session

AX 6.0 Preview
In this presentation learn more about the exciting functionality planned for the next version of Dynamics AX, AAX6.0. This presentation will be led by two members of the Microsoft Dynamics team and will include information of value for both functional, technical, and executive users of Dynamics AX.

Audience:

All AX users are welcome to attend, regardless of whether they are AXUG members. AXUG Partners are welcome, provided they are accompanied by a customer. Partners must be members of the AXUG Partner Program and agree to uphold the AXUG Partner Code of Conduct. Given that the objective of Regional Chapters is to exchange knowledge and Dynamics AX experience, Partner personnel should possess deep Dynamics expertise and refrain from sales activities.

Speakers

Kirill Tatarinov
Kirill Tatarinov is the corporate vice president of Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) at Microsoft Corp. and oversees the MBS business, with responsibility for sales and marketing, R&D and operations. MBS develops and markets the line of Microsoft Dynamics products that manage financial, customer relationship and supply chain management functions for organizations of all sizes.

Before heading MBS, Tatarinov led the Management and Solutions Division at Microsoft, where he was in charge of the Microsoft Windows management technologies and products, including Microsoft System Center, Systems Management Server, Microsoft Operations Manager and Microsoft Application Center, as well as Windows Server solutions, including Microsoft Small Business Server.

In January 2002, Computerworld named Tatarinov one of the business world's 2002 Premier 100 IT Leaders. This award honors individuals who have had a positive impact on their organizations through the use of technology.
Gina Pabalan
A manufacturing and ERP industry veteran with over 20 years of experience, including ERP Solutions Executive with PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM Global Services, Dynamics Area Manager at Microsoft, and Vice President of Sales and Channels for ICS, Gina brings a great deal of insight and depth in advising Dynamics AX customers. Gina is a former CPA and earned her Bachelor’s in Accounting, and Masters of Business Administration at the University of South Florida.
Victor Waschtschenko
Victor is a ERP Product Specialist with Microsoft Dynamics. He holds a IMBA (international studies) and has been with Microsoft for six years, selling Dynamics ERP business solutions, before that he spent seven years with SAP in various sales and management roles. In total, Victor has twenty plus years in financial and manufacturing/distribution operations arena.
Dean Corbissero
Dynamics ERP Product Specialist, 2 years with Microsoft selling Dynamics ERP software. Twelve years with several Microsoft partners in various consulting and sales roles. Specialization in financial, professional services and payroll/human resources areas of Dynamics AX.
