David has been a Program Manager with Microsoft for almost 8 years. Over this time, he has been involved with Project Green, Dynamics GP Business Portal, and Dynamics GP analysis cubes. David moved to the Dynamics AX Financials team about 2 ½ years ago. Since joining this team, he has been involved with analysis cubes, the Enterprise Portal Compliance Center, and accounts payable features.

Qualification Summary Since beginning work on ERP projects in 1994 and implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX since 2005, Sylvain has gained extensive knowledge in the areas of Production, Trade & Logistics, Master Planning, and Inventory Control. Sylvain’s solid Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) background is due to the various roles he has served on multiple projects and project analysis activities. The combination of these skills, along with his sound business knowledge, makes Sylvain a very strong Dynamics AX functional consultant. Business Achievements Dynamics AX experience with Production, Process, Trade & Logistics, and Master Planning. Supported post-implementation efforts, including performing additional training in Planning, Sales and Purchasing, evaluating processes and opportunities for improvement. Ensured client satisfaction by determining and communicating client needs to developers. Extensive knowledge of software functionality and business practices. Consultant for Dynamics AX implementations performing training and GAP analysis, writing SOP’s for end users and functional specifications for modifications.
