Join us for this two day/two part event to provide deep investigation into Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 - November 7th and 8th. Ideally, both events together provide maximum resources for education and rollout--however they can be attended independent of each other. This AX2012 "tandem" event will be provided in conjunction with AXUG Summit 2012 in Las Vegas which occurs November 9th-11th.

Building a Business Case for an AX 2012 Upgrade- This workshop is geared for Decision Makers and Project Managers with responsibility for developing an ROI Justification for deciding on an upgrade project in their business.

AX 2012 Upgrade Project Workplan Development– This workshop is geared to Project Managers and Professionals involved in an upgrade project. The sessions will be geared to developing the actual project plan usable in the attendee’s company. In addition to Project Planning exercises and consultative training, the attendees will hear about helpful tips and tricks that may be pertinent to their upgrade and instituted in the plan.

| Both workshops will result in attendees “taking home” an actual Business Case (ROI Justification) for their company or a Project Plan for use in their company’s upgrade project. |
