Karen Rhinehardt

Biography:

Karen is responsible for global coordination of our Dynamics-AX and other application implementations as well as vendor relationship management and strategic plans in this area. Karen also has a B.S. in Computer Science and led the logistics portion of the first implementation of SAP in Chanel U.S. She worked closely with Microsoft management to suggest areas of improvement for their management and growth of this ERP.

During the inaugural year of AXUG, Karen served as VP of Membership and worked to restrict partner membership to only Microsoft certified partners that can bring real value to the customer members of the group. She has been working with Microsoft since their purchase of Axapta on Chanel's global rollout of the product which has included personal meetings with Orlando Ayala, Doug Burghum and Jeff McKee regarding our initiative. Chanel founded the "hub and spoke" model with our global AX implementations. Her next goal is to work with Microsoft to expand the global presence of AXUG.
